To help people ‘Feel Better’ by bridging the gap between friends, family, colleagues and loved ones.
Sarah started Feel Better Box because she knew what it was like to be sick (with sick kids!) without any family nearby to care for them and help them feel better. She would’ve loved to have received a care package with some items that were useful as well as thoughtful.
We’ve grown a lot since then and have care packages and gift boxes for almost every occasion that can be sent or presented in person but our mission remains the same. We want to help people feel connected, loved and supported.

This is our core value. Care packages are all about ‘caring’ after all. This flows through to how we operate and all our other values. We may be hidden behind our website but we are human beings at the other end, taking your orders and doing our best to meet your requests. And we’re constantly moved and inspired by the beautiful messages and all the love and kindness that people send.
- We are Reliable
All orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are posted that very same day by Express Post. If there is ever a problem, we would let you know by email. We can’t even remember the last time that happened.
- We Understand
We love that you are sending a care package to show someone you’re thinking of them. It’s our objective to give you the level of service that we would like to receive ourselves. We understand the urgency or worry behind orders sometimes and do what we can to make ordering with us as easy as possible.
- We always do our Best
We’re human and make mistakes sometimes (very rarely) but we do admit to them. We’re always devastated when something goes wrong and do what we can to fix it or make amends.
- We choose Quality Products
Sarah has spent a lot of time carefully choosing the best possible items for the care packages. She understands trends and has a keen eye for style, at the same time looking for useful and thoughtful items. Most of the products are sourced from small Australian businesses.
- We’re a Great Team
People and relationships have always been at the centre of what Sarah does and how she operates. Trust and integrity are important to her. As Feel Better Box has grown, it made sense for Sarah to bring in her family to help her as they’ve always understood her. There are also a couple of team members working both onsite and virtually who have embraced the Feel Better Box ideals and have been happy to grow with the business.
- We have awesome Customer Service
All of the about values make for excellent customer service. We answer all emails regarding orders as soon as possible within business hours. Sometimes addresses autofill and it’s quite easy to miss. If we see a discrepancy in your order we’ll email you quite quickly within business hours. We can’t pick up every mistake, like typos in address numbers. We copy and paste the addresses exactly as they’ve been received. Rest assured, no-one is going to go without a care package because of a typo (but please check the addresses carefully).
