Happy 11th Birthday Feel Better Box!

Well this year has been interesting. I sold Retreat Me Happy to a very good friend of mine who is all about Retreats. Then I closed Joode socks down because that little business asked more from me and gave very little back in return. It's been hard, sad, emotional but it had to be done. You can't hold on to the things that don't work for you forever, as much as I wanted to put my head in the sand and pray someone would just miraculously buy my thousands of socks. No more small businesses for me. No more directories, no more making physical products. I need to keep things simple. But oh boy, the lessons I have learnt on this journey.

And so, back to just Feel Better Box. I feel guilty to have spent so much time away from it. But I'm back. I'm back and will continue to be #1 care package provider in Australia. I have guiltily dropped the ball and have been loosing keywords without even knowing it. My website ranking has been slowing, and that is the punishment I accept for taking my eye off the ball. 

Retail is hard right now, but it's not gone. People still need that hug in the post, they still need that little gift of happiness in the post. We all do. I'm going to spend the next twelve months ensuring our offering is right, our customer service continues to be gold standard and everyone has the option to send love in the post. Thats all I've ever wanted. I'm really proud that for the past eleven years Feel Better Box and I have been able to send our care packages on your behalf. I look forward to the next eleven years.
