Recently I took part in the AusPost Retail Business Awards. Writing my application highlighted to me the true value of what I do and why I am doing it. One of the realisations for me is that I should be asking for feedback and reviews. I have just signed up with Trust Pilot to send out review emails once I have sent their care packages. Setting up my company profile really made me see my value offering to you and I wanted to share it with you:
We Simply Care
We care about you. We love that you are sending a care package to help someone in their time of need. It is our objective to give a level of service that we would like to receive ourselves.
We know timing is a big factor and that is why we send all our care packages with AusPost Express which is next business day delivery for *most* post codes (Northern Territory and Far North Queensland can take an extra day or two).
Who we are
Hi, I'm Sarah and I own Feel Better Box. My Parents and Sister help me wrap my best selling care packages. I have Susie helping me with my customer service emails. It's so important to me that we are only a phone call or email away to give you peace of mind and help with any query you might have.
Why we do what we do
Care packages are simply the best surprise gift to receive when you are feeling down, or unwell or recovering at home or in hospital. I have chosen items to entertain the hands and the mind. Items to warm the tummy and the soul. I love sending our Hug Me Mugs or Happy Socks because I know every time the recipient uses them, they will remember they are loved.
And it's not about the budget, it's about the thought that matters. Just sending someone a surprise in the post can make their day or week. The warmth of knowing they are loved is the best gift of all.
